Sleep & SantaIn the last blog, I promised there would be another part about CPAP masks.  I also promised I would “show” you some things about my masks and my fun hair tip!  The Biggest Loser always says – show me don’t tell me why you need to change.  It was a great idea but:  Why, why, why did I say that!  Hahaha…

I did as I promised my first video blog!  And if you are ready for some good info, good tips, and a good laugh – you need to watch it!

There are just a few days to Christmas and I still have much to do as all those I see by the mall.  One thing I’m not skimping on is my sleep and I hope talking about masks will help YOU CAN sleep better as well.
